"Cathedral Lights" is a favorite painting because it was created in Oklahoma City just as the evening light was at the peak of color. An orange coat of paint was primed on the canvas prior to beginning to paint in anticipation of the gorgeous light and colors that were to come. I was not disappointed! It was a truly beautiful evening to be in the Park, painting and finishing just before closing and the lightening bugs began their own light display! Painting sold with the frame.
